Sour Cream Corn Bread Recipe

• 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
• 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
• 1 egg
• Dash of sugar (optional)
• 1/2 c. cream-style corn (optional)

1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
2. Pour into 8 inch square pan and bake in 350 degree oven till golden.
