guava plum bar-b-que
- 14 oz guava paste
- 1 cup Shaoxing wine
- 2 black plums pit removed sliced in 8 pieces each
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup seedless not so sweet grapes cut in half I used red grapes
- wash fruit slice them put in a saucepan add salt cook on high for 4 minutes, add wine bring to simmer add paste to pan after breaking up the paste a bit stir for a bit get a potato masher and mash till kinda smooth cook stirring occasionally turn off heat let cool just a bit then add to blender blend till smooth add to pork
