Salsa
- 2 whole Cucumbers, Finely Diced
- 2 whole Tomatoes, Finely Chopped
- 2 cans (4 Oz. Can) Chopped Green Chilies
- 4 whole Green Onions, Sliced
- 2 teaspoons Salt
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Coarse Ground Pepper
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
- 2 teaspoons Coriander
- 2 teaspoons Soy Sauce
- 2 teaspoons Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Oil
- 4 Tablespoons Vinegar
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Store in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Add chopped jalapenos if you want it hot!
- Serve with chips.
