Cheesy cauliflower and chicken casserole
- 1 1/2 lb cauliflower
- 4 large chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1 1/2 tbsp chive oil
- 1/4 tsp celery salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 cup colby and monterrey jack cheese shredded
- 1/4 tsp ground sage
- 1 tsp granulated garlic
- 1/2 cup black ripened olives, sliced
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/2 cup colby and monterrey jack cheese shredded
- 1 1/2 quart water
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 large stalks of celery
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp granulated garlic powder
- 2 tbsp butter
- Boil the chicken in the broth ingredients, and steam or microwave 10 minutes on high cauliflower till tender.
- you can save the broth for another recipe.
- Preheat oven 350 Fahrenheit
- Cube the chicken chop the cauliflower.
- Set a half cup of cheese and paprika aside but mix all the rest of ingredients.
- Put mixture into a baking dish then add paprika and rest of cheese on top.
- Bake in oven covered 25 minutes covered then remove cover bake for 5-7 minutes.
- Let rest 10 minutes serve hope you enjoy!
