Supreme Turkey Divan
- 1/2 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing or Miracle Whip light cholesterol-free reduced calorie salad dressing
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 1/2 c. skim milk
- 1 (4 oz.) c. Kraft shredded "Light" Naturals reduced fat sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 (16 oz.) bag Birds Eye broccoli cuts, thawed and drained
- 1 1/2 c. Minute rice
- 1/2 c. (2 oz.) Kraft 100% grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 lb. Louis Rich oven roasted breast of turkey, cut into 1/4-inch slices
- Preheat oven to 375u0b0.
- In a medium saucepan, whisk together salad dressing and flour over low heat until smooth.
- Gradually add milk, stirring constantly over medium heat until thickened. Add Cheddar cheese; stir until melted.
- Layer broccoli and rice in a 12 x 8-inch baking dish.
- Top with half of sauce.
- Sprinkle with half of Parmesan cheese.
- Top with turkey, remaining sauce and remaining Parmesan cheese.
- Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until sauce is bubbly.
- Makes 6 to 8 servings.
