Green Bean Salad
- 2 garlic buds
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- Wish-Bone French dressing
- Wish-Bone Italian dressing
- 1 (No. 2) can English peas, drained
- 4 carrots (thin strips)
- 4 c. celery (thin strips)
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. mustard
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- salt
- 2 (No. 2) cans whole green beans, drained
- 1/2 c. stuffed olives, sliced
- 1/4 lb. blanched almonds, sliced
- 2 green peppers, finely cut
- Mix with French dressing and Italian dressing, garlic, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and salt.
- Mix well. Set aside.
- Mix together rest of ingredients and marinate in salad dressing overnight.
- Drain well before serving.
- Salad will keep several days.
