California Mold
- 1/2 c. stuffed olives
- 1 pkg. lemon jello
- 3/4 c. hot water
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato soup
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2/3 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 c. chopped onions
- 1/4 c. green pepper
- 1 head cabbage (red, green or a mixture of both), chopped
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 2 c. cooked chicken, chopped (grilled looks best)
- 1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts (optional)
- 1 pkg. chicken sesame-flavored Top Ramen noodles (uncooked)
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. sesame seed
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 1 c. sliced, roasted almonds, cashews or mixture of choice
- In a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Break up dry Top Ramen noodles (do not cook).
- Toss.
