Vegetarian Pizza
- 30cm prepared tomato pizza base
- 1 small zucchini, cut into ribbons with a vegetable peeler
- 100g button mushrooms, quartered
- 1 yellow capsicum, sliced
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup semi sun-dried tomatoes
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Cheddar Cheese Spread, softened
- Place the pizza base on a baking tray and arrange zucchini ribbons over top.
- Scatter with mushrooms, capsicum, onion and tomatoes.
- Bake at 200C for 12 minutes.
- Remove and drizzle with KRAFT* Cheddar Cheese Spread and bake a further 3 minutes.
- Slice and serve immediately.
