Chinese Fried Rice

  1. Season shrimp with soy sauce, wine and pepper.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in
  3. nonstick pan or wok; scramble eggs.
  4. Break egg into small pieces and set aside.
  5. Add 1 tablespoon oil in pan, stir-fry shrimp and spring onion in hot oil for two minutes.
  6. Then add ham/pork, green peas, mushrooms, onion, celery, sesame oil and pepper.
  7. Continue to cook over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes, then set aside.
