Hamburger Pie

  1. Brown the onions and meat in butter.
  2. Add mushrooms, salt, Worcestershire sauce, bouillon and flour.
  3. Blend well.
  4. Bring to a gentle boil for 5 minutes.
  5. Pour into buttered casserole dish. Combine milk and biscuit mix.
  6. Spoon over meat mixture.
  7. Bake at 425u0b0 for 25 minutes, uncovered.
  8. Spread sour cream on top. Sprinkle with grated cheese and return to oven for 5 minutes. Serves 6.
