Margaret Griffiths' Persimmon Pudding

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Combine all ingredients.
  3. Place in 13x9 sprayed pan.
  4. Bake at least 45 minutes to an hour.
  5. Use toothpick to test for doneness.
  6. When toothpick comes out clean, it is done.
  7. Cut into squares, serve with whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
