Speedy Asian Chicken Soup Bowls
- 1 cup instant brown rice, uncooked
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing
- 2 tsp. lite soy sauce
- 2 cups chopped cooked chicken Whole Foods 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 2 cups frozen stir-fry vegetables (broccoli, baby corn, snow peas, red peppers, mushrooms)
- 2 cups each fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth and water
- Combine 1/4 cup rice, 1 Tbsp.
- dressing and 1/2 tsp.
- soy sauce in each of 4 microwaveable soup bowls.
- Add 1/2 cup of each of the remaining ingredients to each bowl; stir.
- Cover with waxed paper.
- Microwave on HIGH 5 to 7 min.
- or until heated through.
- Let stand 5 min.
- before serving.
