Pork Marinade

• 2 tablespoons dry mustard
• 2 teaspoons dried thyme
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 12 cup sherry wine
• 12 cup soy sauce

1. Combine ingredients.
2. marinate pork for 1-24 hours.
