Spinach And Ham Roll-Ups

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. In a small bowl, mix soup, sour cream and mustard.
  3. In medium bowl, combine 1/2 cup soup mixture, rice, spinach, cheese, eggs, onion and flour.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Place about 2 heaping tablespoons of the spinach mixture on each ham slice. Roll up and place close together, seam side down in an 11 x 7-inch baking dish.
  6. Spoon remaining soup mixture over ham rolls.
  7. Top with crumbs and paprika.
  8. Bake, uncovered, 30 to 35 minutes or until hot.
  9. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
