Beer Batter For Shrimp Recipe

  1. Mix 1 c. of flour, paprika and salt.
  2. Add in beer and beat with a whisk till syrupy.
  3. Cut shrimp to fan-tail.
  4. Dust shrimp with flour.
  5. Dip into batter and then into the 1 c. of flour.
  6. Put on waxed paper and freeze till needed.
