Beer Batter For Shrimp Recipe
- 1 can hot beer
- 1 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Dash of salt
- Flour
- Shrimp
- 1 c. flour
- Mix 1 c. of flour, paprika and salt.
- Add in beer and beat with a whisk till syrupy.
- Cut shrimp to fan-tail.
- Dust shrimp with flour.
- Dip into batter and then into the 1 c. of flour.
- Put on waxed paper and freeze till needed.
