Bbq Sauce 1 Recipe

• 1 Tbsp. onion chopped
• 1 x clove garlic chopped
• 2 Tbsp. butter or possibly oil
• 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
• 1 Tbsp. molasses
• 1/2 c. ketchup
• 1 tsp mustard
• 1 x 6 ounce can tomato sauce
• 1/4 tsp liquid Barbecue SmokeAE
• 1/8 tsp tabasco sauce
• 1 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
• 1/4 tsp lemon juice

1. Saute/fry onion and garlic in butter till transparent.
2. Add in remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes.
3. Put sauce on only at the end of the cooking process on low heat.
