Meat Dressing

  1. Soak bread,
  2. cornbread and crackers in about a quart of water. Stew
  3. the
  4. giblets
  5. and
  6. necks
  7. separately.
  8. When this cools, pick the
  9. meat
  10. from
  11. the
  12. necks
  13. and grind with cooked giblets. Stew
  14. the
  15. hamburger
  16. meat
  17. with
  18. onions,
  19. salt
  20. and pepper.
  21. Mix all
  22. of this into the first mixture.
  23. Add onions, celery, salt, pepper, eggs and all the chicken broth.
  24. Bake in a roast pan which is covered with foil and bake 1/2 hour.
