sweet and sour cabbage

• 16 cup shredded cabbage
• 1 cup purple cabbage
• 1 cup apple cider vinegar
• 1/2 cup rice vinegar
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 cup shredded carrots opional I didnt use

1. mix the vinegars with sugar heat in a large pan
2. add cabbages , and carrots if you used, let it boil bring heat to low let it simmer 30 minutes enjoy
