Bisquick Sherbet Shortcakes Recipe

  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Mix baking mix, lowfat milk, sugar, and butter till soft dough forms.
  3. Spread in ungreased square pan, 8 x 8 x 2 inches.
  4. Bake till golden, 15 to 20 min.
  5. Cold.
  6. Cut into 6 equal pcs.
  7. Split shortcakes; spoon sherbet between each.
  8. Top with fruit.
  9. Garnish with whipped cream if you like.
  10. 6 servings.
