Tomato & Olive Salad

  1. Mix oil, vinegar, sugar and oregano in a bowl.
  2. Season as desired with your favorite salt-free seasoning.
  3. Add tofu, olives and tomatoes to dressing mixture; toss gently.
  4. Place on top of spinach.
  5. Enjoy with TRISCUITS on the side.
  6. Complement meal with a banana.
  7. Serve a glass of milk with the meal.
