Aunt Jessies Chocolate Cake Recipe

• 2 c. Sugar
• 1/2 c. Margarine, melted
• 2 x Large eggs
• 1 c. Sour Lowfat milk
• 1 c. Boiling water
• 2 tsp Soda
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 2 tsp Vanilla
• 2 c. Flour
• 6 Tbsp. Cocoa

1. Beat water, butter, and cocoa, on low speed untill cocoa is dissolved.Cream with sugar.
2. Fold in Large eggs, sour lowfat milk, and vanilla.
3. Fold in the rest of the ingredients.
4. Pour into a greased 9X13 pan, bake 350 for 30 minutes.
