Easy Breakfast

  1. Cook potatoes in skins for 15 minutes; drain and cool.
  2. Brown sausage and onion in a skillet; drain off excess fat.
  3. Separate crescent dough into 2 sections of 4 triangles each.
  4. Place in an ungreased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  5. Press over bottom and up sides just a bit to form a crust; seal holes.
  6. Spoon sausage in.
  7. Shred peeled potatoes.
  8. Add on the sausage.
  9. Top with Cheddar cheese. Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
  10. Pour into mix.
  11. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
  12. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350u0b0 or until set.
