PLANTERS Cereal Squares
- 2-1/2 cups old-fashioned or quick-cooking oats
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/3 cup margarine, softened
- 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup PLANTERS Daybreak Blend Berry Almond Trail Mix
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line 9-inch square baking pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides of pan.
- Spray with cooking spray; set aside.
- Mix oats, flour and baking soda.
- Beat margarine and sugar in large bowl with electric mixer until light and fluffy.
- Blend in honey and vanilla.
- Add oat mixture; mix well.
- Stir in trail mix.
- Press firmly into prepared pan.
- Bake 20 min.
- or until golden brown.
- Cool 15 min.
- in pan on wire rack.
- Lift dessert from pan onto cutting board, using foil handles.
- Cool completely.
- Cut into squares.
