Donna's Low Cholesterol Pepper Steak Recipe

  1. Fry steak in 10-12 inch fry pan till brown.
  2. Set aside in dish.
  3. To existing oil and butter in pan add in onions, pepper; saute/fry till soft.
  4. Add in cooked steak, tomato sauce, water, Worcestershire, and sugar.
  5. Cook on low heat approximately 1 hour.
  6. Pour steak mix over cooked rice and serve.
  7. Serves 3-6.
