Shrimp Remoulade

  1. Combine all ingredients except shrimp and lettuce in blender or food processor.
  2. Process at high speed until smooth.
  3. Chill thoroughly, for at least two hours.
  4. To serve, arrange boiled shrimp on lettuce leaves and pour dressing over shrimp.
