Mango Pudding

  1. In a blender or food processor blend the mangoes, the milk, and the lime juice for 1 to 2 minutes, or until the mixture is smooth.
  2. Divide the pudding among 4 wine glasses or dessert glasses and chill it for at least 2 hours or overnight (in a pinch you can eat it right away).
  3. Garnish the pudding with the lime slices.
