Pineapple-Chile Pork Bake

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Drain pineapple slices, reserving the juice.
  3. Place chops in single layer in casserole dish; top with the pineapple slices.
  4. Combine the reserved pineapple juice, dressing and red pepper; pour over chops.
  5. Bake 25 min.
  6. or until chops are cooked through (160F).
