Pineapple-Chile Pork Bake
- 1 can (14 fl. oz. / 398 mL) pineapple slices in juice, undrained
- 4 pork loin chops (4 oz. each) Safeway 1 lb For $1.99 thru 02/09
- 1/2 cup Kraft French Dressing
- 1 tsp. crushed red pepper
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Drain pineapple slices, reserving the juice.
- Place chops in single layer in casserole dish; top with the pineapple slices.
- Combine the reserved pineapple juice, dressing and red pepper; pour over chops.
- Bake 25 min.
- or until chops are cooked through (160F).
