Chicken Rice Casserole Recipe
- 3 or possibly 4 slices raw bacon
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 1 chicken (cut up or possibly 1 pack of 6-10 pcs)
- 1 can creamy chicken mushroom soup
- 1.
- Line bottom of 13"x9" Pyrex dish with bacon.
- 2.
- Pour rice over bacon and spread proportionately.
- 3.
- Sprinkle season salt or possibly salt and pepper on both sides of chicken pcs and arrange on top of the rice.
- 4.
- Mix 1 can of creamy chicken mushroom soup with 2/3 can of water and pour over chicken.
- 5.
- Cover tightly with foil and bake at 300 degrees for 2 1/2 hrs.
- NOTE: Cream of mushroom soup can be used if preferred.
