Shrimp/Garlic Sauce

  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the garlic, pepper and shrimp.
  3. Cook for about 2 minutes, stirring constantly, just until the shrimp turn pink.
  4. Increase the heat to high.
  5. Add the lemon juice, sherry, hot red pepper, and salt to taste and bring to a boil.
  6. Serve immediately, sprinkled with parsley.
  7. The total cooking time shouldn't be more than 5 minutes.
  8. Serve over rice with a salad for a delicious, quick meal.
