Chicken & Cherry Tomato Pasta Toss
- 1-1/2 cups rigatoni pasta, uncooked
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Tuscan House Italian Dressing
- 1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 cups each red and yellow cherry tomatoes, halved
- zest from 1 lemon
- 3/4 cup STOVE TOP Homestyle Herb Stuffing Mix in the Canister
- Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
- Meanwhile, heat dressing in large skillet on medium heat.
- Add chicken; cook 5 min., stirring frequently.
- Add tomatoes; cook 5 min.
- or until chicken is done and tomatoes are softened, stirring frequently.
- Stir in lemon zest.
- Drain pasta.
- Add to ingredients in skillet; mix lightly.
- Sprinkle with stuffing mix.
