Chicken Alfredo Lite

  1. In a saucepan over low heat, blend flour, liquid Butter Buds, skim milk and chicken broth.
  2. Add minced garlic, salt and pepper. Continue to cook over low heat, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.
  3. Stir in Parmesan cheese.
  4. Combine sauce with chicken and mushrooms.
  5. Fold into cooked pasta.
  6. Serve immediately.
  7. If sauce is too thick, add a little more evaporated skim milk and chicken broth.
  8. Makes 6 servings, 279 calories per serving, 3.83 g fat per serving.
