Roasted Cauliflower Hummus
- 5 cups small cauliflower florets (about 1 head)
- 1/4 cup Kraft Italian Zesty Lime Dressing, divided
- 1 can (19 fl oz/540 mL) chickpeas (garbanzo beans), rinsed
- 3 Tbsp. tahini
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 Tbsp. hot pepper sauce
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Spread cauliflower onto rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray; drizzle with 2 Tbsp.
- dressing.
- Bake 20 to 25 min.
- or until cauliflower is crisp-tender and lightly browned, stirring after 15 min.
- Cool slightly.
- Process chickpeas, tahini, garlic, hot sauce and remaining dressing in food processor until smooth.
- Add cauliflower; use pulsing action to process until smooth.
