Bread Cob Loaf Recipe

  1. Heat oven to 180 degrees C. Cut top off the cob so it forms a lid.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Carefully remove all the edges to serve as a wall to hold the filling ingredients.
  4. Combine the corn, softened cream cheese, lowfat sour cream, grated cheese, bacon, fresh parsley & curry pwdr.
  5. Spoon into the cob & replace lid.
  6. Wrap loaf in two layers of foil & place on a baking tray.
  7. Bake for 1hr 15 mins or possibly till heated through.
  8. Remove foil & then cob lid.
  9. Arrange on serving plate.
  10. Serve with crackers.
