Soy Chicken Divan
- 8 oz. can refrigerated crescent rolls
- 2 c. frozen broccoli florets, thawed and drained
- 1 1/2 c. soy chicken, cut small
- 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. onion, chopped fine
- 1 c. mushroom soup
- 2 oz. jar pimento, chopped and drained
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- Heat oven to 375u0b0.
- Place dough in 2 long rectangles in Pam-sprayed 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Press dough into pan and up sides 1/2-inch, forming crust.
- Bake at 375u0b0 for approximately 8 minutes.
- Remove from oven and place broccoli and soy chicken evenly on crust.
- Combine mayonnaise, onion, soup and pimento. Spoon over chicken and broccoli; sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake at 375u0b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Let stand about 5 minutes.
- Yield:
- 6 to 8 servings.
