Mom Van Fleet's Original Cherry Delight

• 12 lb butter (or margarine)
• 2 cups flour
• 2 12 tablespoons sugar
• 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 34 cup confectioners' sugar
• 8 ounces Cool Whip
• 21 ounces pie filling (whatever flavor you like best)

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Prepare a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan.
3. Mix the butter, flour and sugar to form pie dough.
4. Press pie dough into pan.
5. Bake until dough is light brown, about 15-20 minutes.
6. Mix together the cream cheese, confectioner's sugar and the Cool Whip.
7. Spread this mixture on the cooled dough.
8. Spoon on your favorite pie filling.
9. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before slicing.
10. Store in refrigerator.
