Orange Cranberry Pear Relish

  1. Wash and dry orange.
  2. Cut orange, with peel, into small wedges and place in a food processor.
  3. Add cranberries, pear, sugar, and salt to taste.
  4. Pulse until coarsely chopped.
  5. Transfer to a bowl, cover, and refrigerate for 2 hours or up to 2 days.
  6. Just before serving, stir in the pecans.
