Spicy Chili

  1. Cook ground beef, onions, garlic and green peppers until beef is browned.
  2. Add chili powder; cook 1 minute longer.
  3. Stir in tomatoes with their liquid, tomato paste, brown sugar, oregano, paprika and Tabasco sauce.
  4. Heat to boiling; stir to break up tomatoes.
  5. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 45 minutes.
  6. Stir in kidney beans with their liquid.
  7. Heat through.
  8. Serves 6. Contains 300 calories per serving.
