Crockpot BBQ Beer Brisket
- 24 ounces, fluid Beer Of Choice
- 1 bottle (18 Oz. Bottle) Honey BBQ Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Ketchup
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 4- 1/2 pounds Beef Brisket
- 1 whole Onion, Minced
- 1 whole Green Pepper, Diced
- Pour beer into the crock pot.
- Mix BBQ sauce, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and cumin into beer.
- Submerge brisket into sauce, fat side up.
- Add onion and pepper on top of brisket.
- Slow cook on high 6-8 hours or low 8-10 hours.
- Shred meat with 2 forks and return to sauce.
- Stir and serve on toasted buns.
