Crockpot BBQ Beer Brisket

  1. Pour beer into the crock pot.
  2. Mix BBQ sauce, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and cumin into beer.
  3. Submerge brisket into sauce, fat side up.
  4. Add onion and pepper on top of brisket.
  5. Slow cook on high 6-8 hours or low 8-10 hours.
  6. Shred meat with 2 forks and return to sauce.
  7. Stir and serve on toasted buns.
