Garlic Mashed Taters
- 1 pound potatoes tiny new, unpeeled
- 3 Cloves garlic peeled
- 4 tablespoons yogurt nonfat
- 3 tablespoons sour cream nonfat
- 18 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper or to taste, fresh gound
- Place potatoes and garlic in pot with enough water to cover and cook until potatoes are tender.
- Drain and mash, then stir in yogurt, sour cream, and salt and pepper.
