Corn Pie With Meat Crust

  1. Combine egg, milk, 3/4 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon pepper, Worcestershire sauce, onion and crumbs.
  2. Let stand 5 minutes.
  3. Add ground meat and mix well.
  4. Pack firmly on a 9-inch pie plate. Hold in place with another plate.
  5. Bake in a 350u0b0 oven for 7 minutes.
  6. Remove top plate and bake 3 minutes longer.
