Homemade Manicotta Recipe
- 4 Large eggs
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. water
- Salt to taste
- 1 quart. Italian sauce
- 1 tbsp. oil (for pan)
- CREPES: Mix ingredients, Large eggs, flour, water and salt (batter consistency is thin).
- Pour 2 Tbsp.
- of batter into 6 inch skillet.
- Cook till edges turn white.
- Remove.
- FILLING: Mix ingredients well.
- Place 1 Tbsp.
- of filling into each crepe and fold.
- Place in baking dish.
- Pour sauce and grated cheese over manicotta.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
- Serves 6.
