Sour Cream Cheesecake

  1. Press prepared graham cracker crust into bottom and up sides of baking pan.
  2. Mix cream cheese and sugar until well blended.
  3. Add egg yolks, one at a time, blending well after each addition.
  4. Beat egg whites and fold into cream cheese mixture.
  5. Pour over graham cracker crust.
  6. Bake at 350F for 30-40 minutes.
  7. Let settle for 15 minutes.
  8. TOPPING: Mix powdered sugar into sour cream, spread over baked cake and put back in oven for another 5 minutes at 350F.
  9. Refrigerate overnite and serve.
