Pork Tenderloin Recipe
- 1 1/2 to 2 lbs. pork tenderloin
- 1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 can cream of mushrooms soup prepared with 1/2 can lowfat milk
- 1 c. sliced mushrooms
- Mix lowfat milk and Large eggs in bowl.
- Cut meat to serving size pcs.
- Dip meat in lowfat milk mix and roll in bread crumbs.
- Place in baking dish pan.
- Mix prepared soup and mushrooms, pour over meat.
- Bake at 350 degrees at 45 min.
- Serve over noodles or possibly rice.
