Chinese Spaghetti Recipe

  2. Prepare spaghetti in saucepot as label directs; drain.
  3. Return to saucepot to keep hot.

  5. Meanwhile, in 12 inch skillet over medium high heat, in warm salad oil, cook sliced mushrooms, green onions and shredded carrot till vegetables are tender-crisp, stirring quickly and frequently.
  6. Spoon mushroom mix into spaghetti in saucepot.
  7. Add in soy sauce, sugar and pepper; with rubber spatula, toss gently to mix well.

  9. To serve, spoon mix onto platter.
  10. Serve hot or possibly cover, chill and serve chilled.
  11. Serves 6.
  12. 250 calories per serving.
