Spaghetti And Ravioli Sauce
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 1/2 lb. Italian link sausage
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 large can tomato sauce
- 2 to 3 c. water
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. basil
- 2 bay leaves
- 1/2 to 1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 c. parsley
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 1 large can tomato paste
- 1 large can tomatoes, chopped
- 2 pkg. spaghetti season
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. marjoram
- 1 large can olives, sliced
- Fry
- Italian sausage; drain and slice.
- Brown ground beef; add all ingredients and simmer for at least 4 hours.
- Serve over pasta.
