Chimichuri Steak Marinade

  1. Cut top off jalapeno.
  2. Discard seeds if you would like the sauce mild.
  3. Add all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend.
  4. Marinate steaks with a sparing amount, just enough to cover the surface of the steaks.

jalapeno, clove garlic, fresh cilantro, fresh parsley, oregano, chili powder, olive oil, lime juice, salt
