Veggie Burger (From Veggies)

  1. Mash your beans with potato masher or your hands.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Form into burgers using 1/2-3/4 Cup of the mix.
  4. Bake at 350 deg.
  5. for 30 minute turning over after the first twenty minutes.
  6. Serve on a bun with your favorite condiments.
