Chilean Sea Bass Packets
- 1 chilean sea bass fillets
- 1/2 sliced onion
- 2 yellow zucchini
- 2 green zucchini
- 1 sliced lime
- 1 tabs of butter
- 1 heavy duty foil
- 1 tsp ancho powder
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- start by preheating oven to 400degrees.
- mix all your spices together in one bowl, slice all veggies set aside.
- wash your fish well and pat dry all excess water.
- add fish to packets sprinkle both sides of fish with seasonings.
- add veggies top with tab of butter.now wrap your fish really well into the packets.
- bake 15-20 minutes.Enjoy
