The Perfect Egg
- 1 eggs
- 1 tbsp 1 to 2 TBL water
- 1 tbsp butter
- Melt butter in pan.
- Crack in egg.
- Cook until bottom is set but top is still gooey.
- Add water.
- Cover and cook until top of egg is set.
- Flip over and cook to desired doneness.
