Quick Fancy Cranberry Biscuit Ring

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Grease 6 1/2-cup ring mold.
  3. In saucepan, combine cranberry relish and corn syrup; heat just to boiling.
  4. Spoon mixture into greased 6 1/2-cup ring mold.
  5. Combine butter or margarine, brown sugar and cinnamon.
  6. Spread one side of each biscuit iwth some of the brown sugar mixture.
  7. Place biscuites on edge in ring mold.
  8. Bake for 25 minutes.
  9. Allow to cool in pan 3 minutes.
  10. Invert onto serving plate.
  11. Makes 20 rolls.
